One of the most intriguing events that takes place in my hometown, Lodz, is the 17th edition of a festival. My assignment was to create a visual identity for this festival, which is held under the slogan "Lodz—innovative since forever". I firmly believed that such an event required a design that was both simple and impactful, evoking a sense of futurism and harnessing the strength of abstraction rather than relying on obvious associations.
